Things have been nuts for a couple of months now. I’m not going to get into all of that right now… it’s just been a lot.
I had started my journey with OptaVia in December. Hubby joined me in March. I had lost 31 lbs., and then things got crazy. I’ve had about a month of stuffing my face with garbage, but have only put 3 lbs. back on. 😏 I am ready to get back on track!
Have you noticed that when life gets chaotic, the first thing you let slide is healthy, home-cooked dinners? We find ourselves scrambling for fast-food on nights that work and life have body-checked us off track. Yesterday, Hubby and I spent some time planning our dinners for the rest of the month. We are both ready to get back on track and feel better!
OptaVia has been a godsend! It really is the easiest “diet” I have ever done. It’s easy to grab your fuelings throughout the day. We have consistently done our Lean & Green meals at dinner time. It gives us the opportunity to come together and still enjoy a meal. We have decide to give ourselves 2 free days per month to have a date night and eat out. If we choose to stick to plan on those days, all the better! If we don’t, we have consciously made a decision and will not feel guilty about indulging. And, the best part – we have found tons of recipes online to help make things easy!
